We practice from a Health at Every Size standpoint, which means we take the focus off weight and focus on your lifestyle and behaviors that support your health. We promise to help you redefine what healthy means to you, and provide the support and tools that you need to get there. No more restrictive dieting or food rules.

Through individual counseling or group coaching either in-person or virtually (across Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas), we will help you uncover your history and relationship with food and your body. Our work together will help you nourish your body for your health and well-being. You will learn the tools you need to recognize diet culture in all of its sneaky forms and reject the messages it tries to send you about your body. We will also give you actionable steps to improve your body image.

We work with clients who struggle with eating disorders, disordered eating recovery, chronic dieting, and other health concerns using an Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size(™) approach, which celebrates body diversity and is compassionate and ethical care.
