INITIAL SESSION

During this session, we will do a full assessment to really get to know you and answer any questions you might have. We will explore your history and relationship with food and body image. Then we will discuss your current eating patterns, lifestyle habits, and explore your goals for our work together.

ONGOING SUPPORT

These sessions help us to dig deep into what challenges you in your journey. We celebrate your wins and provide you with the tools to help you overcome any struggles you may have. You'll have the support you need to truly heal and move forward.
